In "D-Day" the thing that kept the daughter and son going was none other than the parents.

On the episode of JTBC "D-Day" broadcast on November 13th, the strong love of family members made the viewers cry.  On this episode, Choi Il Sup (played by Kim Sang Ho) heard that her daughter had awoken and went over.

Meanwhile, "D-Day" is about a natural disaster strikes the city of Seoul. The whole city becomes paralyzed in the aftermath as doctors and emergency personnel struggle to save the people.

On this day, Choi Il Sup followed the requests of Jung Ttol Mi (played by Jung So Min). He didn't cry and didn't try to be overly happy either.  Instead, he said, "You need to be as strong as dad or the daughter of Choi Il Sup, the rescue team head in Yong Kwang. Whatever happens. I ask of you" he said.  Suh Hyun said, "Yeah strongly. What if you don't have a leg. My doctor said that I can have a fake leg.

Choi Il Sup continued, "Dad needs to go so please stay well." His wife said, "Why are you like this? Like you're going somewhere far" and was surprised.  Choi Il Sup said, "It's far. It's ten minutes every hour. I don't want to go. How severe it is. I ask you to take care of Suh Hyun" and shook his head.
