Its Offical!! Kit Harrington To Be Seen As 'Jon Snow' In The Season 6 Of The 'Game Of Thrones' Series!! Teaser Poster Out

HBO, entertainment television channel has revealed the first poster of the upcoming season six of "Game of Thrones" Series, according to Entertainment Weekly. The teaser poster features Kit Harrington as "Jon Snow" with his face in blood and subtitled as "April" with a dark gloomy background depicting the long night of winter. Kit Harrington is a famous British actor and television personality.

This poster is the first promotional strategy from the "Game of Thrones" franchise for the season six which is slated to be released next year in the month of April. According to The Deadline, the new poster comes as a relief to the fan following of "Jon Snow" who was killed in the last episode of season 5.

There were many rumors regarding Kit's return to the show after his death in the last season. The actor himself had confirmed earlier that his character in the show is truly dead. But to everybody's surprise, Harrington was seen on the sets of the show in Belfast recently donning the "Stark" costumes, reported The Daily Mail.

"Dead is dead is dead. He be dead," said Michael Lombardo, president of HBO during a press conference in July this year. Harrington's fans also assumed that he will be raised from the dead by the red woman "Lady Melisandre" by performing some magic.

Kit also made a statement in September during an interview with the Belgian magazine "Humo" about his contract with the show's producers.  "Let's just say that the series will remain a part of my life for a while, I'll probably be in my thirties when it's over," said the television super star, as quoted by Hollywood Life.

The famous drama series also gathered many accolades at this year "Emmy Awards" for action, direction, special effects and cinematography. Peter Dinklage received award in "Best Supporting Actor" category for his famous character "Tyrion."
