In "Reply 1988" Choi Moo Sung and Park Bo Gum showed unexpected poses as real manly men. This made the hearts of viewers flutter.

On the 9th episode of tvN Friday/Saturday drama "Reply 1988" broadcast on Dec. 4th (script Lee Woo Jung, director Shin Won Ho), Taek (played by Park Bo Gum) is a genius baduk player and his father is Choi Moo Sung (played by Choi Moo Sung).  The father and son duo ordinarily are without emotion as they are a typical stoic father son duo.

Nonetheless, on the 9th episode, Duk Sun (played by Hye Ri) and Kim Sun Young (played by Kim Sun Young) express their respective feelings in a honest and direct way to surprise viewers.

Tae expressed his feelings to Duk Sun who came with him to the Chinese baduk competition.  Throughout the competition, he was professional and steadfast as a great baduk player.  Before winning, he understood that Duk Sun had secretly supported him through clothing, the room temperature and all and smield widely.

Meanwhile, "Reply 1988" is the third of the reply series - "Reply 1997" and "Reply 1994." This is a comic family drama about five families who live in the same alley in 1988 in Seoul.  The drama features Sung Dong Il, Lee Il Hwa, Ra Miran, Girls' Day Hye Ri, Ko Kyung Pyo, and Park Bo Gum.
