Now that the Film Critics Awards have been named in Los Angeles, Boston and Washington D.C. areas, the SAG Award nominees have been release as the Awards season gets ready to culminate at the Academy Awards.

Anna Faris and Anthony Mackie announced the 2016 Screen Actors Guild Awards nominations on Dec. 9.

January 30 will be the date for the The 2016 SAG Awards, reported Variety.

"Beasts of No Nation," "Spotlight,", "Straight Outta Compton" "The Big Short," and "Trumbo" will be the top films competing at the Screen Actors Guild for performance by a cast in a motion picture category for the 2016 SAG Awards.

The television categories will see "Downton Abbey," "Homeland," "Game of Thrones," and "House of Cards" as nominees for the Best TV drama ensemble category, LA Times reported.

"Orange Is the New Black," "Modern Family," "The Big Bang Theory," "Key and Peele," "Transparent" and "Veep" are nominated for best ensemble in a comedy.

Best performance ensemble in a drama series nominations are "Downton Abbey," "Game of Thrones," "Homeland," "House of Cards," and "Mad Men." "The Game of Thrones" won in this category in the Washington D.C.-area Film Critics Awards.

Male actor in a television movie or miniseries nominees are Idris Elba, "Luthor"; Ben Kingsley, "Tut"; Ray Liotta, "Texas Rising"; Bill Murray, "A Very Murray Christmas"; Mark Rylance, "Wolf Hall"

Female actor in a television movie or miniseries nominees are Nicole Kidman, "Grace of Monaco"; Queen Latifah, "Bessie"; Christina Ricci, "The Lizzie Borden Chronicles"; Susan Sarandon, "The Secret Life of Marilyn Monroe"; Kristen Wiig, "The Spoils Before Dying"
