Ha Yeon Soo Returns To ‘Potato Star’

Actress Ha Yeon Soo (23) recovered from her ankle ligament and returned to filming cable tvN sitcome "Potato Star 2013QR3."

Ha Yeon Soo had stopped filming "Potato Star" last September and in three weeks on October 12th, she returned to the scene. After being recommended to get full rest at the hospital, she consistently went for treatment and showed a faster recovery rate than expected.

Ha Yeon Soo said to other actors and staff, "I'm sorry to cause concern.  I will work twice as hard and work so that 'Potato Star' is the best sitcom in the country."

To Ha Yeon Soo's return, "Potato Star" actors all expressed welcome. Yeo Jin Gu and Go Gyung Pyo in addition to other actors showed encouragement saying, "Now that the spirit maker Ha Yeon Soo is back, there is more energy in the filming site.  Yeo Jin Gu and Go Gyung Pyo who is acting romantically with Ha Yeon Soo were the happiest.

The staff of "Potato Star" held a special surprise birthday party for Ha Yeon Soo's return and led a cheerful atmosphere.  Ha Yeon Soo who had her birthday on the 10th was extremely happy cutting her cake.

One personnel said that "Ha Yeon Soo came back to the first filming all bright and happy as 'Na Jin Ah' and showed perfect acting. Now the staff can speed up the filming and we will get off the emergency schedule of two episodes per week."  Currently, "Potato Star" that is scheduled for Monday and Tuesday will go back to an ordinary four day a week schedule starting the 28th from Monday to Thursday.

"Potato Star" is a sitcom about the Roh family and a questionable star that flew into Earth in 2013 and the anecdotes that resulted.

Meanwhile, Ha Yeon Soo injured her ankles last August on the stairs and her ligament was torn.
