Director Bong Joon Ho, 'Snowpiercer' has Just Departed Seoul Station"

This October, director Bong Joon Ho's "Snowpiercer," a movie released in Korea on August 1, 2013, is to be released internationally in France and countries in Southeast Asia such as Taiwan. In February of 2014, the movie is to be released in Japan. 

This is the third movie of Boong Joon Ho after "The Host (2006)" and "Mother (2009)."

Director Bong Joon Ho revealed his ultimate goal. He said, regarding "Snowpiercer," "As 'Snowpiercer' is about to get released in various countries around the world, it's as if it has just left the Seoul station."

He added, "I want to make a classic film that overcomes time, and that is played 10, 20 years later. I believe 'Snowpiercer' is a process of someday producing a film like that."
