Lee Min Ho Transforms Into An Action Hero For His Latest Eider Ads

Lee Min Ho descends from buildings and transforms into a parkour, action star in photos from an upcoming commercial film (CF) for Eider.

On February 4, Eider released stills from the campaign, which depict the 28-year-old Hallyu star in daring scenes that were shot in various locations throughout Sydney, Australia.

According to a report published by Sports Korea, the ads will feature the "Gangnam 1970" actor with the members of a Sydney-based parkour team. 

Lee will emphasize the discipline that is necessary for parkour, an extreme sport where athletes leap from the rooftops of urban buildings and run through concrete landscapes.

K-Drama fans will likely embrace the ads as Lee transforms into a sporty, metropolitan warrior, on-par with his portrayal of Lee Yoon Sung in the 2011 SBS hit, "City Hunter."  

Lee has appeared as the spokesmodel for the French outdoors wear company since 2011, starring in memorable pictorials that have ranged from camping scenes to couples photos starring Yoona of Girls' Generation. 

2015 served as a lucrative endorsement year for "The Heirs" actor, as he successfully served as the face of a historic campaign for the Korea Tourism Organization, drawing more than 20 million international YouTube viewers to the post-MERS ads. 

He continues to transition from his image as a teen drama protagonist, embracing the persona of a blockbuster film hero for his upcoming Korean-Chinese co-production, "Bounty Hunters." 

The popular actor recently completed his "talk concert" series, which reached audiences in Seoul and Japan. 

While his next television role remains unknown, representatives for Lee recently his interest in the latest project from "City Hunter" director, Jin Hyuk, which features screenwriting by "My Love from the Star" creator, Park Ji Eun (Grace Park).
