'Signal' The Freezing Car Explodes, Twisting the Plot
In "Signal" Kim Hye Soo died on the site of the accident.
On the episode of tvN Friday/Saturday drama "Signal" (script Kim Eun Hee, director Kim Won Suk) broadcast on Feb. 6th, Cha Soo Hyun (played by Kim Hye Soo) and Park Hye Young (played by Lee Je Hoon) looked into the culprit who was responsible for the Shin Yeo Jin kidnapping incident.
In the past, Oh Kyung Tae (played by Jung Suk Yong) lost his daughter in the demolition of the Hanyoung Bridge incident. With that, he wanted to seek revenge onto Shin Dong Hoon and kidnapped his daughter Shin Yeo Jin.
Oh Kyung Tae locked Shin Yeo Jin in a cold car with a freezing component. He rigged it so that the minute the light turned on, the car would go into flames.
Cha Soo Hyun had no idea about this as soon as she opened the car, the car lit up into flames. The car exploded and Cha Soo Hyun was rushed to the hospital, but lost her life.
Meanwhile, "Signal" is about two detectives - one from the past and one from the present who communicate through walkie talkies to resolve long-time unresolved cases.
