Update on “The Heirs”: Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye’s first kiss

It seems that after weeks of teasing, waiting, and tiptoe-ing around their complicated relationship, Kim Tan and Cha Eun Sang are finally going to share their first kiss.

On October 29, SBS released stills of Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye filming at a high school rooftop in Dongtan, Gyeonggi-do. According to drama representatives, the scene was filmed for three hours, showing the dedication of the staff and cast to perfect the scene.

It was revealed that the kiss scene happened after Kim Tan confessed his feelings towards Cha Eun Sang, who suddenly had to answer a phone call. To make the apple of his eye focus on him, Kim Tan silenced her by giving her a kiss on the lips.

The two actors, who are usually playful on set, matched the mood of the scene by being calm and serious during the filming. They also spent a lot of time discussing the angles of their faces during the kiss, and many praised them for their professionalism.

Park Shin Hye said, "I'm glad that the scene which marks a change in the relationship between Kim Tan and Cha Eun Sang was filmed nicely. I hope viewers will look forward to how Cha Eun Sang overcomes all her problems at Jeguk High School one after the other."
