First Trailer Released for Rebel: Thief Who Stole the People
The first trailer is out for the new MBC drama Rebel: Thief Who Stole the People starring Yoon Kyun Sang (Doctors) and Chae Soo Bin (Moonlight Drawn By Clouds). It sets up the tragic beginnings of our main characters and puts into motion what shapes them into their present selves.
The trailer definitely has a lot of emotional impact to really draw us into what looks like an intense and classic epic sageuk story.
Rebel: Thief Who Stole the People is based on the classic Korean folktale about a man of illegitimate birth who steals from the rich to give to the poor and becomes a revolutionary activist in Joseon.
Rebel: Thief Who Stole the People is scheduled to premiere January 30 on MBC.
