Song Hye Kyo's Agency Files Lawsuits Against 15 Netizens, 2 Forwarded to Prosecution

Two netizens were handed over to the prosecution. They are in charge of spreading false rumors indiscriminately and posting malicious comments about the celebrity actress, Song Hye Kyo. 

On October 15, the Bundang Police Station announced that two individuals were forwarded to the prosecution. It was submitted with the recommendation for an indictment in violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. 

One of two individuals is being accused of posting false information and disseminating it arguing that Song's divorce was caused by Chinese influential sponsor. Another individual is being charged for writing malicious comments such as "Song Hye Kyo is a devil eating up males" and other hate comments insulting the actress. 

Earlier, Song Hye Kyo's agency filed lawsuits against 15 individuals who posted malicious comments. Out of 15, only 2 were discovered with their identities, which made possible to prosecute those individuals. Other 13 individuals could not be identified as they withdrew from the website before the investigation began.
