Joo Won And f(x)’s Sulli Are Being Courted For “Fashion King”

The new movie "Fashion King" is considering actor Joo Won and idol-actress Sulli for their lead characters.

Not long after the conclusion of his drama "Good Doctor", Joo Won is already considering a new role. According to his company SIM Entertainment, "Joo Won is currently thinking about his casting for the movie. Please expect a decision by the end of October or early November."

Likewise, an industry insider reportedly said, "Sulli will be playing the lead female in the drama, but her role isn't that big compared to the male lead. They won't be having too many scenes together, but she will be included in the story as the male lead's main love interest."

Meanwhile, her agency SM Entertainment stated, "She has received a proposal but we haven't discussed the details yet.

"Fashion King", not to be confused with the drama and variety show if the same title, is based on a web cartoon about the student Woo Ki Myung who is brought into the world of fashion for the realization of his dream to be the best dressed man. He hopes to impress Park Hye In, the most beautiful girl on campus. It will be directed by Oh Ki Hwan.
