Yeom Jung-ah To Star Alongside Kim Woo Bin In A New Movie + Final Lineup Released

The final cast lineup has been finalized for Choi Dong-hun's new movie. The actors to star in the film are Ryu Jun-yeol, Kim Tae-ri, Kim Woo-bin, Jo Woo-jin, Lee Ha-ni, and Kim Ui-sung. Yeom Jung-ah was added yesterday, thus completing the lineup.

Yeom Jung-ah recently decided to appear in the new project of Choi Dong-hoon which will start filming on February. Her relationship with the director goes way back in "Reconstruction of Crime" and "Jeonuchi."

Yeom Jung-ah's agency, Artist Company, said on January 8th in Sports Chosun that "Yeo Jung-ah confirmed her participation in Choi Dong-hoon's upcoming film."

Choi Dong-hoon's new work is a sci-fi crime movie that deals with the story of aliens living in South Korea. Previously, Choi Dong-hoon had been preparing for the remake of one of Hong Kong's action films, but he stopped it as Kim Woo-bin was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer. Instead of continuing the said project, he decided to make a new one and dive into the genre of science fiction.

During the presentation of Choi Dong-hoon's upcoming movie which will start shooting in February, Yeom Jung-ah and Kim Woo-bin were seen holding the director's hands. The people are calling the cast lineup as the Korean version of "Avengers."

High-expectations were raised after the introduction of the movie's stars. CJ ENM will also invest and distribute the film. It's also rumored that the movie will be divided into parts. The first part to be shown end of this year and the other one in 2021.
