Young Ho got onto a fishing boat secretly and tried to go to North Korea by crossing the NLL.  However, North Korean cadres decided not to take him for political reasons as South Korea considered him a spy.

At this time, the naval police of South Korea also came near NLL and with Young Ho's boat in the middle, North and South Korea were placed and no one could do anything.
