"The World of the Married" Recap: My One and Only Love

The recent episode of "The World of The Married" showed the flashback of the day when Lee Tae Oh (Park Hae-Joon) made a marriage proposal to Ji Sun Woo (Kim Hee-Ae). He visited Sun Woo in the hospital. They met at the parking area and Tae Oh played their favorite song "My One and Only Love" through the car stereo. Then, he took out a ring and proposed to her. During that time, Sun Woo was already pregnant with their son. 

At present, Tae Oh is already aware that Yeo Da Kyung (Han So-Hee) is pregnant. He went straight to Da Kyung's apartment, and she asked him to finish his marriage within two months. Tae Oh asked her to keep the baby. Da Kyung tearfully told him that she will decide soon if he will not divorce Sun Woo. 

Sun Woo went to a divorce lawyer for a consultation. The lawyer asked her things about what she knew and if he had any evidence. Sun Woo explained there was no evidence since she never had time to take pictures. The lawyer then advised her to get evidence like a video, or checking their financial status. 

Multiple incidents ensued that Sun Woo wanted to catch Tae Oh and Da Kyung together. Her mind was in shambles.

The following day, she went to the bank to check their financial accounts and the accountant told Sun Woo that their loan mortgage is already four months delayed. Tae Oh took a three-year mortgage loan. He also claimed the insurance savings of their son Jun-Young. All the transactions have been hidden from Sun Woo's knowledge. She went home to check the bank passbook of Jun-Young and found out the accounts are all empty. She searched for any bank letters and found one. Tae Oh already had a $15k plus the outstanding balance. Everything was coming like a bolt from the blue.

She went to visit Tae Oh's mother and asked her why she allowed his son to continue having an affair. Tae Oh's mother explained that her husband went away because of another woman. He grew up without a father.

Sun Woo didn't want that to happen to their son Joon-Young. She was upset to hear her mother-in-law's reason. She insisted that Tae Oh is ruining their son's life by spending all their savings on his woman, and also told her mother-in-law that she will divorce Tae Oh but she begged her not to. Sun Woo was firm, however, and said that she will make sure to put Tae Oh on his knees. 

Tae Oh's mother died and Sun Woo never said anything to her husband. Many of Tae Oh's friends came to pay their respect. Tae Oh got drunk while attending the visitors. Da Kyung's parents went to pay their respects as well. She tried to contact Tae Oh but he didn't answer. She went to the funeral parlor and met Tae Oh at the back of the building. 

Sun Woo went out of the building to get some fresh air. On her way back, she saw Tae Oh standing on the side of the building talking to someone over his phone. He walked away from the entrance. Sun Woo followed him and lost him on track. She heard a familiar song, it was the song that Tae Oh played over the radio when he proposed to her.

In a dark alley, Sun Woo saw the car of Da Kyung and shadows inside the car. Sun Woo confirmed that it was Tae Oh and Da Kyung together. Tae Oh never respected the funeral night of his mother and met Da Kyung secretly. Her anger reached a point that she could never understand what to do. 

She will now start to do something about how they all betrayed her.
