"Find Me in Your Memory" Recap: First Date Under The Cherry Blossom Tree
Ha Jin finally returned to her house with her sister Ha Kyung. Ms. Park decorated the place with colorful balloons and adorned her room with new accessories. She took a rest, hugging the stuffed toy Jung Hoon gave her as a birthday present.
Jung Hoon visited Director Ji at the prison. He warned him to stay away from Ha Jin, and he'll make sure to put him behind bars. Jung Hoon will give more evidence to Director Ji's conniving with a murderer to abduct Ha Jin. Director Ji is more desperate to know what Jung Hoon's plan is.
Meanwhile, as Jung Hoon reported to the office, he learned that news that Director Hee Sang is suspended for three days. The management decided that Hee Sang violated the policy of switching news anchors with no proper approval. Jung Hoon chose not to work at the time Ha Jin got kidnapped, and he went out to rescue her. Hee Sang advised Jung Hoon not to worry about her suspension. She is still happy to spend a short holiday while on a break. Jung Hoon thanked Hee Sang for her understanding.
Ha Jin spent the rest of the night with Jung Hoon with her training as an anchor. They decided to go home as Ha Jin got exhausted with the rehearsals. Jung Hoon decided to spend time with Ha Jin this coming weekend for their first date.
Doctor Sung Hyuk scheduled a therapy check-up with Jung Hoon. It's been a while since their last counseling session. He is about to release his thesis about hyperthymesia and Jung Hoon is the subject of the study. He tried to analyze how Jung Hoon forgets about his feelings with Seo Yun, but Jung Hoon assured him that he doesn't want to stay resentful and regret his past for the rest of his life. Tae Eun disagreed with his relationship with Ha Jin. He anticipated that Ha Jin might break down when she starts to remember her late best friend, Seo Yun.
Ha Jin is excited about their first date. She bought boxes of new clothes for Jung Hoon's makeover. She got one wish for their first date, and that is to change his fashion style to mislead the public when they go out. Jung Hoon felt conscious, but he followed Ha Jin's wish nonetheless.
The couple walked in the park, holding hands under the cherry blossoms. That is their first place to go on and enjoy the afternoon as normal lovers do. Jung Hoon felt happy and made a promise to Ha Jin. Whatever happens, they will not say goodbye to each other. They will support and love continuously. Ha Jin felt the same thing as Jung Hoon.
Tae Eun asked to meet Jung Hoon late at night to talk about an important matter. He wanted to share with Jung Hoon the reason for Ha Jin's depression about Seo Yun.
Ha Kyung invited her sister for a sweet snack at the cafe shop. Ha Jin loves to eat cakes and pastries. While Ha Kyung went to get their coffee, Ha Jin turned around when she heard the word Ha Na. The woman at the other table called her daughter. The woman says out loud the name Ha Na which made Ha Jin turn around, and a flashback came to her memory - Seo Yun. She felt a surging pain in her head and ask Ha Kyung all about Seo Yun. She now remembers the name Seo Yun, but her memories are more unclear yet.
