"The World of The Married" Recap: Sun Woo Breaks Down As Life Seems Unbearable

Joon Young becomes more rebellious, knowing his parents are seeing each other. Sun Woo asked Tae Oh to watch over their son and avoid causing more tension on his part.

Da Kyung provided house rules to monitor Joon Young's whereabouts.

Ye Rim and Je Hyuk started to talk and go out as they try to embrace a new start of their relationship.

Sun Woo went to work late and received a complaint of misdiagnosis to one of her previous patients. Myung Sook assisted and handled the patient. The incident last night with Joon Young still placed her in a state of loss and frustration. Director Kong reprimanded her misdoing, but she decided to submit a letter of resignation. Sun Woo packed her things and left the hospital for good. Kim Yoon Gi looked at her puzzled about what happened, but she continued on her way out.

Da Kyung heard the news of Sun Woo's resignation and her living in Gosan for good.

Days have passed and the doctors work hard to accommodate their patients at Family hospital. Joon Young went to see a counselor with his father. Da Kyung tried to make everyone comfortable in their household. Kim Yoon Gi visited Sun Woo's house, hoping to see her by chance. Tae Oh thought of Sun Woo and checked with his son if he received any call from his mother.

Sun Woo sought comfort and peace with her previous director Ma Gang Suk. He works in a hospital with a great view overlooking the sea.

Meanwhile, Sun Woo sat and talked with Ma Gang Suk about her problems. She shared how she lost the people that are dear to her. She's in pain, knowing that her son hates what she does in showing her love. She doesn't know how to make things work for her son after what happened. Then, he tried to uplift her feelings and make Sun Woo understand her situation and Joon Young.

Sun Woo chose to stay in a hotel for a few days. She spent time alone drinking wine and reflecting on her life. She walked by the beach for the past nights and tried to find answers to her pains.

After talking to her, Ma Gang went to the hotel to check on Sun Woo. She was nowhere to be found. Ma Gang felt anxious after hearing Sun Woo wishing to disappear. He called Kim Yoon Gi about the incident and continued to search the area.

Kim Yoon Gi left the hospital and informed Myung Sook about it. Tae Oh overheard and learned what happened to Sun Woo. He followed Kim Yoon Gi, and they found Sun Woo's car. Sun Woo tried to drown herself with the big waves, but Kim Yoon Gi was quick to save her. Sun Woo cried in and let out her frustrations while Kim consoled her.

Da Kyung invited the Cha family and her parents for dinner, in celebration of friendship between Joon Young and Hae Kang. After their meal, the boys went to Joon Young's room while the adults enjoyed their wine in the dining room.

Da Kyung then heard Jenny crying and went upstairs to see her daughter in Joon Young's room. She outburst in anger and accused Joon Young of hurting her daughter. She expressed the things she made to adjust for his welfare. Joon Young answered back and tried to explain. He went to his room and cried for being lonely. Tae Oh arrived and slapped him.

Sun Woo felt the urge to call Joon Young, and as he answered the phone, he cried and asked her to pick him up. Sun Woo left and drove to Tae Oh's house. Da Kyung resisted letting Joon Young leave, but he rushed outside to see his mother. Da Kyung confronted Sun Woo, but the wheel turned around. Sun Woo told her that Tae Oh slept with her.
