Song Ji Hyo Sends Surprise Gift to MAMAMOO Solar After Not Winning The Game in "Running Man"
Song Ji Hyo spent ten years in the variety show "Running Man," and she knows how things work around. But this never stopped the actress from showing how she cares for her fellow celebrities.
In the episode of SBS's "Running Man" that aired on August 2, the guest participants include Jessi, MAMAMOO's Solar, Lee Youngji, and Jeon Somi. They should play under the concept of graduating the younger sisters, and each team collected academic scores then became team scores. The guests who played as the younger sisters gathered individual scores to complete.
MAMAMOO's Solar teamed up with Song Ji Hyo and Jeon Somi. As the game ended, Song Ji Hyo's team won the final round with the top academic scores. But when it comes to the individual scoring played by younger sisters, Solar finished in third place. She wasn't able to receive the winning prize given to the Top 2.
The winning prize is a soundbar speaker system that delivers a high-quality TV sound.
After the broadcast, Solar uploaded a photo with one on her personal YouTube account's community tab and Instagram. Solar wrote in the caption, "Ji Hyo sent me a present. Ji Hyo felt sad that I didn't get any prize. So she sent me the soundbar through my agency."

Song Ji Hyo included a message to Solar that says, "I am sorry and very grateful. We had a fun time and great memories. We all worked hard in "Running Man." It is amazing to meet great unnie as a teammate."
The actress bought the item on her personal account, and it is the same soundbar that they received on the show as well.
