Song Joong Ki, Kim Tae Ri, and More Flaunt Cool Outfits in New "Space Sweepers" Poster
A new poster of "Space Sweepers" has been released, which gives new excitement to the viewers.
On August 18, a colorful and unique poster was shared to the public, showing the crew of the Victory ship ready for adventure. The story is set in the year 2092 and follows the crew of a space junk collector ship. The troops discovered a humanoid robot named Dorothy, which is also a weapon of mass destruction. Adventures begin when the crew gets involved in a complicated business deal.
This is Song Joong Ki's comeback to the big screen after three years, while it's Kim Tae Ri's return to acting after two years from her hiatus. Included in the magnificent crew are actors Jin Seon Kyu and Yoo Hae Jin, and many supporting roles, directed by Jo Sung Hee.
Kim Tae Ri plays as captain Jang of the Victory, and she is fierce and powerful as she holds a large laser gun. Song Joong Ki plays as pilot Tae Ho, who knows well how to maneuver the ship. He looks stunning in his aviator jacket and pilot's gloves as he looks straight ahead.
Jin Seon Kyu plays as Tiger Park, the technical engineer. The interesting part of the crew is robot Opdongie, played by Yoo Hae Jin. Using the advanced motion capture technology, it brought life to its character.
The best aside from the big cast, the film is South Korea's first domestic-produced major sci-fi blockbuster film set in space. It brings great cinematography, special effects, and motion capture. The production cost of the whole set is 24 billion won, approximately 20.3 million USD.
The actors are all grateful to be a part of this new sci-film, which gives a lot of new experiences to them as an actor.
The press conference was well received by the netizens and hearing the actors stories makes them more eager to watch. A beautiful lady captain, a handsome pilot, a fearful engineer, and a harpooning robot make it the best movie of the year!
