Lee Jong Suk owned the 89 Mansion for the past four years, but it's unfortunate that it has been reportedly sold amidst the pandemic. According to Spotavi News, the actor sold the cafe building in Sinsa Ward and profited 2 billion KRW. He then purchased a luxury villa at Nine One Hannam.

A representative from the actor's agency commented, "Lee Jong Suk is currently completing his service in the military hence, we cannot provide further updates since this is a private matter."

It's currently drawing attention from netizens after the news stated Lee Jong Suk's purchased activity of a villa in Hannam, considering that the cost the actor is nearly 5 billion KRW or approximately 4 million USD. As being one of the premium houses, it has a security deposit of 4.5 billion KRW, approximately 4 million USD.

The real estate property in Nine One Hannam, Hannam Ward, Yongsan District, Seoul is considered a convenient place for celebrities who prefer to have a private life away from paparazzi and people. Celebrities like Big Bang's G-Dragon and actor Ju Ji Hoon are residing in the area.

The luxury residences in Nine One Hanam are designed and constructed as a stand alone housing concept. It is a high-grade apartment complex which consists of 9 buildings and 335 houses. Each house or villa ranges from 249 to 334 square meters and has equipped with its own private elevator and yard. 

Recently, Lee Jong Suk has earned in the market margin of about 2 billion KRW by selling a building in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The media reported that the actor originally purchased the building in 2016 for about 3.9 billion KRW and sold it for 5.95 billion KRW last month. 

In 2019, Lee Jong Suk completed the drama tvN's "Romance Is A Bonus Book." He enlisted in the military on March 8 and to be discharged by 2021.
