Kwon Sang Woo showed confusion upon meeting his birth mother.

On "Medical Top Team" aired on November 5, 2013, Chun Man Bae took Tae Shin (Kwon Sang Woo) to his birth mother.

The mother, upon seeing cold Tae Shin, said, "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have come," and left the hospital.

Tae Shin went up to the roof and shook his hands. He didn't even answer his phone calls from the top team, and couldn't hide his anxiousness even after coming back to the team.
