The ongoing tvN drama "Vicenzo" drops a new character poster featuring 2PM's Taecyeon!
Here's a Short Rundown of "Vicenzo"
"Vicenzo" is a crime drama that stars talented actors Song Joong Ki, Jeon Yeo Been, and Ok Taec Yeon. Song Joong Ki stars as the titular Vincenzo Cassano, when he was eight years old; he was adopted by an Italian family and moved to Italy. He eventually became an Italian lawyer and Mafia consigliere. He then moves back to Korea due to a conflict within the mafia organization.
There, he crosses paths with the straight-forward lawyer Hong Cha Young (played by Jeon Yeo Bin) and her intern Jang Joon Woo (played by 2PM's Taecyeon).

In the latest episode of the drama, Vincenzo and Hong Cha Young performed an act of brutal revenge against Babel Pharmaceutical which plans to launch a new medicine with illegal drugs as its main component. Hong Yoo Chan (Yoo Jae Myung) lost his life trying to keep the substance from being released.

In order for Vincenzo to pursue the mafia's principle of "an eye for an eye", Vincenzo decided to track down the person responsible for killing Hong Yoo Chan. He works together with Hong Yoo Chan's daughter Hong Cha Young who has ideas about the connections between the Babel Pharmaceuticals, the death of her father as well as Woosang Law Firm. Hong Cha Young and Vincenzo sent a warning to Choi Myung Hee (Kim Yeo Jin) and set Babel Pharmaceutical's entire storage warehouse on fire.

Taecyeon shared his thoughts about the shocking revelation of his character in "Vincenzo", sharing that Jang Joon Woo is a character that will make you witness a 180-degree difference between hot and cold. The actor shares that he finds it appealing that he was able to showcase his acting prowess portraying dual roles as an innocent intern and a self-absorbed villain, all in one character. According to the actor, portraying Jang Joon Woo's corruption is another challenge for him so he's giving his best while acting.
"Vincenzo" broadcasts every Saturday and Sunday at 9 p.m. KST.
