Park Min Young & Song Kang to Possibly become Onscreen Partners in JTBC’s ‘Office Romance Cruelty’
"What's Wrong with Secretary Kim" actress Park Min Young and "Sweet Home" actor Song Kang are being courted to appear in the upcoming drama of JTBC.
Park Min Young and Song Kang Offered to Star in JTBC's Romance Drama "Office Romance Cruelty"
On March 9, it was reported that actors Song Kang and Park Min Young are in discussions to star in the new series "Office Romance Cruelty." After the headline went viral, the home agency of both artists Namoo Actors released a statement, saying, "It is true that our actors Park Min Young and Song Kang received casting offers for JTBC's upcoming drama 'Office Romance Cruelty."
The representative also said that their artists are currently considering the offers.
JTBC forthcoming romance drama will depict the story about the work and romance lives of people who are working at the weather forecast service. "Her Private Life" actress Park Min Young was offered to portray the character of Jin Ha Kyung, a brilliant employee with a sensitive personality.
Meanwhile, "Love Alarm" actor Song Kang to possibly play the role of Lee Si Woo, a person opposite of Jin Ha Kyung. His offered character is a guy who can be clumsy and has an IQ of 150. Lee Si Woo is also serious and focused when it comes to his work.
"Office Romance Cruelty" Might be the First Drama of Park Min Young this 2021
If Park Min Young accepts the role, this marks her first ever drama in 2021 after her last, "When the Weather is Fine," where she worked with actor Seo Kang Joon.
Song Kang's Upcoming Dramas
Meanwhile, Song Kang has been busy working with various projects. After the success of his Netflix series "Sweet Home," the 26-year-old actor is expected to return on the small screen in his much-anticipated romantic show, "Love Alarm 2," set to kick off on March 12.

The young actor is also gearing up for an inspiring drama, "Navillera," alongside veteran actor Park In Hwan. Not just that, but he is also in talks for another webtoon-based drama.
