On October 20, Kim Seon Ho made a public apology about the "forced abortion" controversy surrounding him. Due to the ongoing issue, the Korean actor lost some of his endorsements and forthcoming projects.

On October 20, Floating News revealed a photo of Choi Young Ah, 35, and was a weather forecaster at YTN and KBS from 2009 to 2013.
Before the issue got worse, there were already rumors that Kim Seon Ho's ex-girlfriend is young and worked in the broadcasting industry for years before jump-shipping to a career path in the commerce industry.
Due to this, online users speculated that Choi Young Ah was the lady behind the "Actor K" post. Her name then immediately trended on various online communities.
Meanwhile, according to the site, nothing has been confirmed yet.

Meanwhile, Kim Seon Ho ex-girlfriend became active on social media again, after she received an apology from the actor.
The lady released a statement saying that she will take legal actions to those individuals who have been harassing her and are continuously giving her death threaths.

Following KBS announcement that Kim Seon Ho will officially leave the variety show “2 Days & 1 Night,” the production team handling his supposed movies “2 O’Clock Date” (with SNSD's YoonA) and “Dog Days” (with Oscar winner Young Yuh Jung) confirmed that the actor will no longer be part of the projects.
“Sad Tropical” production team, on the other hand, is currently looking for a new actor to lead the film after the team underwent discussion about Kim Seon Ho’s situation.
