Jeon Do Yeon and Ryu Jun Yeol challenged themselves with their recently concluded melodrama "Lost," in which they portrayed lost souls Boo Jung and Kang Jae, respectively.

The drama ended with significantly low ratings of 2.4% nationwide, a 1.7% lower than its premiere. On the other hand, Jeon Do Yeon and Ryu Jun Yeol expressed their gratitude to their fellow stars, viewers and fans.

Jeon Do Yeon and Ryu Jun Yeo worked together harmoniously in JTBC's 10th Anniversary Special Drama, "Lost," as lost souls Boo Jung and Kang Jae who think that they are living their lives with many regrets.

For two months, "Lost" decorated the viewers' weekend nights with heartfelt emotions and vulnerability.

Jeon Do Yeon, Ryu Jun Yeol, the cast ensemble and the rest of the production team feel quite melancholic as they bid goodbye.

Jeon Do Yeon said, "I feel like I will regret it every time. I filmed every day and lived as Boo Jung and it will be very different from now then on."

"Working with the director, writer, staff and Ryu Jun Yeol was an honor. I never felt like it was work, rather I enjoyed it a lot. Everyone was nice and approachable. Ryu Jun Yeol and I also shared moments together, it was a beautiful friendship," she continued.

On the other hand, Ryu Jun Yeol also described his working experience with the actress, "Every moment with Jeon Do Yeon was enjoyable. She is a colleague that any actor would like to work with. I learned a lot from her."

The two also shared their thoughts on the drama's ending, and expressed their utmost gratitude to all the viewers. 

"At first, I was very nonchalant because the drama has been going on for just a while," Jeon Do Yeon revealed, "But now that I realize that the drama has already ended, it's such a shame. I will miss living as Boo Jung and working with everyone here."

On the other hand, Ryu Jun Yeol became more honest about his thoughts and said, "I hated to send off "Lost" more than any other work. It's been a long time since I've become so happy working with great people and receiving feedback from the public. Now, I'm just sad that I have to say goodbye to Kang Jae."

Apart from "Lost," Jeon Do Yeon appeared in the 2021 disaster action film "Emergency Declaration" with Song Kang Ho, Lee Byung Hun and Kim Nam Gil.

Jeon Do Yeon made her first appearance in "Lost" and "Emergency Declaration" after her six years of inactivity.

On the other hand, Ryu Jun Yeol is currently busy filming his upcoming films "Alien" and "Owl" which are slated to air some time in 2022.
