In a series of interviews about the SBS drama, Jin Seo Yeon talked about "One the Woman," her friendship with her co-stars and her future plans.
Jin Seo Yeon Talks About 'One the Woman' and How Much She Trusts Lee Honey
"One the Woman" ended successfully on November 6 with a high viewership rating. When asked about how the drama maintained its all-time high ratings, Jin Seo Yeon pointed at Lee Honey.
She said, "Lee Honey played a vital role in terms of ratings and popularity of the show. She did her best for the show all by herself."
"I'm grateful to have worked with her. I want to give her all the honor," she added.
When asked how she had been cast, she answered with a laugh, "The reason for me being cast a few days ago was because Honey Lee said she liked my acting performances. Thank you, Honey Lee."
Jin Seo Yeon described Lee Honey as "a person with the best character that I've worked with." Apart from being an amazing actor, she's very respectful and kind.

According to Jin Seo Yeon, she knew the drama would do well after the very first episode. "There's a scene where Lee Honey is screaming in the first episode. She wasn't afraid to let herself go in front of everyone despite not knowing each other well. So I thought, "This drama is going to do quite well."
Jin Seo Yeon Reveals Her Worries During 'One the Woman' Broadcast
"One the Woman" is labeled as a romance comedy drama, a genre that Jin Seo Yeon was not quite familiar with.
Jin Seo Yeon admitted, "I'm not particularly comedic but I do have ambitions. My character (Han Seong Hye) is not also comedic, but Lee Honey is really good at comedy. We balance each other out."
Despite being challenged, Jin Seo Yeon revealed that "One the Woman" will be one of her best and memorable works.
Here's What Jin Seo Yeon Wants to Do in the Future
Regarding her future roles, the "One the Woman" star wants to try widening her acting spectrum and experiences.
Jin Seo Yeon said, "I think villainous characters are more enjoyable for me. There's a lot to do when doing a villain role."

"The kindhearted and good-natured characters are quite similar to each other. Unlike villains, there are quite the crazy ones, the mad villains who hide behind a kind facade, the truly evil ones, two faced and more."
According to the actress, villainous roles are more fun for her as the characters can be approached and expressed depending on the actor.
