‘Snowdrop’ Episode 8: Jisoo Messes with Jung Hae In’s Head, Feelings and Best-Laid Plans
After learning about her brother's brutal fate under the hands of the North, all the trust Eun Young Ro (BLACKPINK Jisoo) has for Im Su Ho (Jung Hae In) is now gone. In "Snowdrop" episode 8, Young Ro tries to turn the table in her favor.
'Snowdrop' Episode 8: Secrets Unravel Inside Hosoo Women's University Dormitory
Young Ro hears the news of her brother's demise. Enraged, she slaps Su Ho on the cheek before collapsing and weeping her heart out on the ground.
Kang Moo (Jang Seung Jo) accidentally enters a secret room and finds out that housemother Pi Seung Hee (Yoon Se Ah) secretly wiretapped the dormitory, which let her know about Young Ro's true identity and how Gyuk Chan (Kim Min Gyu) and Su Ho enveloped the dormitory with explosives.

The hidden agent, Cheong Ya (Yoo In Na) reminds Su Ho to not let his feelings for Young Ro get into his head and his important mission. Despite him fulfilling his tasks, Su Ho's heart is filled with rage at the circumstances he is forced to face in the South.
Im Su Ho Refuses to Negotiate, Kang Moo Starts an Uprising
Moreover, Ahn Gyung Hee (Lee Hwa Ryung), the head of the anti-aircraft investigation bureau, gave a false press conference about the hostage, saying that they will do everything in their power to rescue them.
However, releasing 30 hostages was not an easy job. Su Ho then once again negotiates with Nam Tae Il (Park Sung Woong) to bring in necessary items, instead of releasing the hostages.
Kang Moo, who's also become a hostage, tries to sneak out of the dormitory, and faces the Special Forces members who fired guns despite knowing Kang Moo's identity. He then rushes back to the dormitory, where he overhears Cheong Ya and Su Ho's conversations.

After realizing the doctor's identity, rage managed to creep into his heart and raised tension.
Kang Moo warns Su Ho about the current situation with the presidential campaign that is crafted by the superiors of the South and the North, giving emphasis that they will kill both hostages and spies in order to win the election.
Hatred-Driven Eun Young Ro Threatens to Make the Dormitory Explode Into Shambles
Through Kang Moo, Young Ro learns that Su Ho has an explosive device that will explode the entire dormitory. She then purposefully approaches Su Ho, hugs him as if she deeply cares for him, where Su Ho confesses he doesn't want to harm anyone.
As quickly as she could, she grabs the device and pushes Su Ho away. With trembling hands, she threatens to push the button of the device that will put the dormitory in shambles, heightening the tension surrounding the place.
