‘Rookie Cops’ Unveils New Poster Featuring Aspiring Police Officers Kang Daniel, Chae Soo Bin, Park Yoo Na and More

Disney Plus' "Rookie Cops" unveiled its newest poster that features the dazzling smiles of the freshmen students of National Police University, raising anticipation.
"Rookie Cops" depicts the different stories of young freshmen full of passion and determination to reach their dreams, while facing hurdles, challenges and pain along the way.
The newly released poster features the refreshing energy that the young aspiring police officers exude. Wi Seung Hyeon (Kang Daniel), a freshman police university student who chooses to follow his father's footsteps, and Go Eun Gang (Chae Soo Bin), a reckless young lady who enters the university to chase the love of her life boast their dazzling smiles as they stand side by side their friends and fellow police university students.

Kim Tak (Lee Shin Young) a Judo genius filled with strength and determination; Ki Ha Na (Park Yoo Na), the self-reliant and aloof university top student; Yoo Dae Il (Park Sung Joon), a student full of enthusiasm and friendliness and Woo Joo Young (Min Do Hee), a young woman who dreams to become a scientific investigator also join the two. Despite their opposing personalities, beliefs and energy, they all successfully become as one as they learn more about one another.
Seo Beom Joo (Kim Woo Seok) and Shin Ah Ri (Cheon Young Min), a dancer and an ulzzang, also show their friendly side and effortlessly fit the group.
Despite the students' different reasons for entering the university, the excitement and unity they exude are undeniable. The phrase "Hotter than anything else, fiercer than anyone else" on the poster adds youthfulness and bravado to the solid appearance of the group, sending warmth and excitement to the viewers.
'Rookie Cops' on the Drama Casting
"Rookie Cops" marks the very first project of singer-actor Kang Daniel and seasoned actress Chae Soo Bin. It also celebrates the meeting of eight amazing actors who wish to deliver a new coming-of-age masterpiece to the viewers.
The production team of the series stated that the chemistry of the actors will be evidently shown in the series without losing the individual characters' own unique colors.
They also raised expectations by saying, "The fun challenges of the eight young students living together at the police university to reach their goals will bring laughter, empathy and excitement."
'Rookie Cops' Pre-Production and Release Date
"Rookie Cops" is helmed and directed by "Bride of the Water God" and "Nine Time Travels" director Kim Byung Soo, with the help of script writer Lee Ha Na.
Apart from the eight promising stars, veterans Son Chang Min, Lee Moon Sik, Seo Yi Suk and Jung Young Joo will also participate in the series, to solidify the plot.
The drama is slated to air for the first time on Wednesday, January 26 on Disney Plus.
