OCN's newest crime investigative thriller drama "A Superior Day" depicts the 24-hour nightmare of a man whose daughter gets kidnapped by a serial killer who lives next door.
At the script reading, actors Jin Goo, Ha Do Kwon, Lee Won Geun, director Jo Nam Hyung and screenwriter Lee Ji Hyun showed off their chemistry in producing an A-grade drama.
The cast's unrivaled acting skills brought the tension in the story to life, even if they were just reading the script.

The drama stars Jin Goo as Lee Ho Chul, a firefighter whose daughter gets kidnapped by a murdering serial killer who lives near them. Ha Do Kwon transforms into Bae Tae Jin, a professional hitman. Lee Won Geun, on the other hand, plays the role of Kwon Si Woo, the most dangerous serial killer in the neighborhood.
Focus is given to the three main actors who are equally talented and skilled, and their chemistry that will give the story life.

Produced by OCN, "A Superior Day" is directed by Jo Nam Hyung, the mind behind the 2021 tvN Drama Stage special "Substitute Human" along with scriptwriter Lee Ji Hyun.

In "A Superior Day," Lee Won Geun plays the role of a serial killer who kidnaps girls and murders them. However, in the award-winning SBS drama, he portrays the role of a just prosecutor who doesn't break the law.
It follows the story of a prosecutor whose life changes overnight after an incident in which she becomes a third generation chaebol, an heiress to a huge chain of companies.
