"Ghost Doctor" capped off its fourteenth episode with shocking twists and impressive ratings as Kim Bum and RAIN continue to save lives. 

Unfortunately, amid their small wins, the duo encountered a major crisis. 

'Ghost Doctor' Viewership Rating

According to Nielsen Korea, "Ghost Doctor" viewership rating significantly increased after garnering a 6.28 percent nationwide rating while 6.717 percent, with a peak of 8.2 percent in metropolitan areas. 

With this, the fantasy medical drama achieved its new personal best despite the slight delay in broadcast due to the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.

A different Ko Seun Tak appeared at the hospital after he had officially decided that he wanted to become a doctor. 

Interestingly, he tells Cha Young Min about his plan and seeks his help to train the medical intern to become a skilled doctor. 

It seems like Tess' revelation had an impact on Ko Seung Tak, knowing that someone sacrificed his life just to save him.

In "Ghost Doctor," episode 14 highlights what could have been the last moment of him as a ghost. 

Instead of leaving the hospital, he chose to save the little boy, who turned out to be Ko Seung Tak. 

Interestingly, this is also the reason why Oh Soo Jung was very concerned about her colleague; this is because she was the granddaughter of Tess, who was then a top-notch cardiothoracic surgeon.

Ko Seung Tak Goes on a Training with Cha Young Min

Seeing his determination, professor Cha trained Ko Seung Tak for hours and even used his tools and office as their classroom. 

Being the strict mentor, he tells the first-year intern to go back to the basics and study everything from scratch.

He coached Ko Seung Tak on how to stitch wounds properly and taught him to use both hands for operations. 

Apart from teaching his junior, Cha Young Min explained to Tess that this is also his way to pay back what he taught him. 

Professor Cha explained that he used to be competitive and prove to himself that he was better than the ghost who possessed him. 

"I know I had to do better to stop you from possessing me," he said, adding that Ko Seung Tak will do the same and is confident that he will be a skilled surgeon someday.

"Ghost Doctor" episode 14 showed a surprising development with Ko Seung Tak; from being a stubborn intern, he becomes a dedicated doctor. 

Interestingly, Cha Young Min and the whole E.R department witnessed his bravery. 

Although he is not doing major surgeries anymore, he managed to save a patient's life from cardiac arrest, which made Cha Young Min proud of his protege.

While with Jang Se Jin, Ko Seung Tak and Professor Cha waited outside the convenience store.

Little did they know that her greedy brother had plans to destroy their fun night. 

Jang Min Ho warned Se Jin about his revenge and witnessed how Ko Seung Tak got attacked by a gangster and hit a metal bat. 

Surprisingly, Se Jin calls Young Min, noting that she knew that she was with him.
