Shin Min Ah, Lee Byung Hun Find Lost Love in 'Our Blues' Teaser
tvN's forthcoming omnibus melodrama "Our Blues" depicts the bittersweet life stories of characters in Jeju Island.
On March 4, the drama unveiled a new teaser featuring the melancholic love story of Shin Min Ah and Lee Byung Hun, who meet in Jeju after a long while.
Shin Min Ah stars as Min Sun Ah, a woman who comes to Jeju Island with a hidden secret. Meanwhile, Lee Byung Hun plays the role of Lee Dong Suk, a man born and raised in Jeju Island who sells trucks to make ends meet.
The newly released teaser starts with a depressed Min Suh Ah who arrives in Jeju. Little did she know, truck seller Lee Dong Suk watches her from a distance.

After a while, it becomes noticeable that there is some kind of connection between the two characters as the subtitles appear on the screen, saying, "The person who intentionally hurt me and left comes back looking more pathetic than me."
Lee Dong Suk then asks her in the next scene, "Don't you know me?"
Min Sun Ah admits she does, which leaves a sour taste in his mouth. "So you couldn't say hi or ask me how I was doing all along?," he asks through gritted teeth.
The next scene takes the viewers to the past where Min Sun Ah is only a young girl and Lee Dong Suk is a hard-headed teenager.
Even if Lee Dong Suk faces violence at school, he still takes care of Min Sun Ah. He puts a helmet on her while wrapping her in a blanket, even more gently.
In the present time, they eventually became closer once again. He then asks, "Why did you do that to someone who just loved spending time with you?"

The question asked by Lee Dong Suk raises curiosity about what really happened between the two characters over the years. Attention is also focused on the meeting of two stellar stars Shin Min Ah and Lee Byung Hun.
'Our Blues' Premiere and What We Know So Far
"Our Blues" is a 20-part drama written by Noh Hee Kyung, directed by Kim Gyu Tae and produced by Studio Dragon for tvN.
Apart from the duo, the drama also stars brilliant actors Kim Woo Bin, Han Ji Min, Cha Seung Won, Lee Jung Eun and Uhm Jung Hwa.
The filming began in October 2021 in Jeju Island which is done intricately to portray the lives of ordinary people in the heart of Jeju. The drama makes eight individual stories that are helmed together to create a masterpiece.

"Our Blues" premieres for the first time on Saturday, April 9 on 9:10 p.m. KST on tvN. It will also be available on Netflix with English subtitles.
