Seo In Guk Postpones Filming Drama ‘Minamdang’ For THIS Reason

Seo In Guk Tests Positive For COVID-19
South Korea has an increasing number of positive COVID cases. According to the latest record, the country has more than 300,000 confirmed cases as of March 29.
On the same day, Seo In Guk made headlines after his agency, Story J Company, released a public statement confirming he was diagnosed with COVID-19.
In addition to the agency's statement, the "Reply 1997" star tested positive on a self-test kit before he went to his filming schedule for the forthcoming series, "Minamdang," also known as "Minamdang: Case Note," and was immediately admitted to the hospital.
Reports added that Seo In Guk already received three doses of vaccine and didn't show any particular symptoms.
The actor is now in self-quarantine and his filming schedule for the drama, "Minamdang," will temporarily be put on hold.

Story J Company also said that "The Master's Sun" star will focus on his treatment. The agency is already fixing Seo In Guk's upcoming schedule.
What to Know About Seo In Guk's Drama Comeback 'Minamdang'
The award-winning actor is back with a new drama series this 2022. In the last quarter of 2021, he was confirmed to lead "Minamdang," alongside actress Oh Yeon Seo.
The comedy-mystery drama follows the story of a former profiler, Nam Han Joon (Seo In Guk), who becomes a shaman after he meets Han Jae Hee (Oh Yeon Seo), the team leader of the violent crimes division.
"Minamdang" is based on the popular webtoon of the same name.
Furthermore, "Dinner Mate" director Go Jae Hyun is in charge of helming the drama and will collaborate with "Ruler: Master of the Mask" writer Park Hye Jin to pen the script.
The series is expected to premiere in the first half of this year.
Seo In Guk to Make Special Appearance in Han So Hee and Park Hyung Sik's 'Soundtrack #1'
On the other hand, Seo In Guk will appear in the upcoming "Soundtrack #1" episode in which he takes the role of a singer-actor, Jay Jun. His character will work with the female lyricist, Lee Eun Soo, played by Han So Hee.
