The South Korean remake of the Venezuelan series "Jane The Virgin" is set to meet the public this May!
On Tuesday, April 12, a representative from broadcast network SBS announced that "Starting Today, We" (literal translation) is scheduled to premiere for the first time in May.
In the last week of March, it was reported that SBS and MBC are in conflict due to the former's plans to air Im Soo Hyang's new drama "Starting Today, We" in May despite knowing that MBC already planned to air the actress' another series, "Dr. Lawyer," at the same time.

A representative of MBC stated that SBS' decision on the programming situation is a "breach of business ethics."

"However, since the days, time slots and themes of the dramas are different, we don't think there will be any problems [with the broadcast]," they added.
Furthermore, "Starting Today, We" depicts the story of Oh Woo Ri (Im Soo Hyang) who maintains her purity before marriage, but ends up conceiving the child of the handsome CEO Raphael (Sung Hoon).
Actors Shin Dong Wook and Hong Ji Yoon are also part of the lead cast. "Starting Today, We" is slated to air on May 9 on SBS TV at 10:00 p.m. KST.

The chemistry of two promising stars, as well as how their characters' stories unfold in the drama, is the most anticipated factor in "Dr. Lawyer."

"Dr. Lawyer" is helmed by director Lee Yong Seok and writer Jang Hong Chul, and it is set to take over SF9 Rowoon's "Tomorrow" time slot.
The drama airs every Friday and Saturday at 10:00 p.m. KST, and it premieres for the first time on May 27 on MBC.
