Song Hye Kyo’s Photo Reportedly Seen at Song Joong Ki's Parents’ House
The Song-Song couple might be over, but Song Hye Kyo's photo is reportedly up at Song Joong Ki's father's house in Daejeon.
Known to be the actor's hometown, his father has transformed their home into a tourist attraction at the height of the K-drama "Descendants of the Sun."
According to a local media outlet, the house, which originally belonged to the Hallyu actor's grandparents, is located in a natural community village with only 20 families.
Due to the K-drama craze, several tourists took time to visit the so-called landmark in Daejeon. This includes Song Joong Ki's photos from his previous series, and standees, making it a mini-museum of the actor.
Unfortunately, during the heartbreaking Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo divorce, some reports claimed that the actor's father removed all traces of the actress from the establishment.
However, years after the shocking break-up, fans reportedly spotted a photo of Song Hye Kyo in one of the rooms.
Song Hye Kyo's 'Descendants of the Sun' Photo Seen at Song Joong Ki's Father's House
As noted by an outlet, the said photo is from the mega-hit series "Descendants of the Sun," where the Hallyu actress played Kang Mo Yeon, a skilled cardiothoracic surgeon at Haesung Hospital.
Song Joong Ki portrayed the role of a soldier named Yoo Shi Jin, captain of the Alpha team.
Interestingly, fans claimed that one of the photos from the Kdrama was still up at the house.
Song-Song Couple After the Divorce
After their dreamy and star-studded wedding in 2017, the power couple officially finalized their divorce in 2019, leaving several fans heartbroken.
Following the shocking split, both Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo stayed silent.
Per Korea Times, the actress left South Korea and took up a short-term course in an art school in New York.
At the time, Song Joong Ki's ex-wife was spotted in the front row of Ralph Lauren's Fashion show and at the New York Fashion Week.
