'Remember: War of the Son'

It follows the story of a young lawyer who's determined to clean his father's name and prove his innocence after being convicted of a harrowing murder.

Besides its chilling and suspense elements, the drama showcases the romantic chemistry between lead stars Yoo Seung Ho and Park Min Young.

In particular, Namgoong Min, who played the villain, absolutely showed his brilliance as an actor.

"Remember: War of the Son" is definitely a must-watch, especially if you love mystery, court and action-filled dramas!

2. 'The Veil'

The 2021 hit series "The Veil" stars Namgoong Min and rising star Kim Ji Eun as partners in the National Intelligence Service (NIS).

While he was a psychopath in "Remember: War of the Son," Namgoong Min took on the role of a revenge-seeking agent in the new drama.

"The Veil" depicts the story of Han Ji Hyuk, the top performing NIS agent, who returns to work after his teammates threw him out in the abyss to die alone.

With his new work, Namgoong Min returned with improved acting skills that emphasized a fallen soldier's trauma. Not only that, but he also bulked up for the role, flaunting his muscles and toned body.

"The Veil" can be brutal but the cinematography, synergy between the actors and the production team and its plot are just worth the hype.

3. 'Defendant'

Ji Sung's action thriller series "Defendant," in which he won the SBS Drama Awards Daesang (Grand Prize) in 2017, tells the story of a locked up man who tries to regain everything that he lost.

In the drama, Ji Sung played the role of a prosecutor who lives by his principles and philosophies. However, his life turns upside down after he tries to take down the most powerful and corrupt Uhm Ki Joon.

"Defendant" is a story that tells the harsh reality of the world, and how cruel it is to falsely accuse defendants.

It also contains violence and serious topics that will not only entertain viewers, but also open the eyes of the public about the justice system. Above all, what makes "Defendant" a great drama is its triumph amid the atrocities and chaos.

4. 'Again My Life'

The on-going fantasy action drama "Again My Life" is Lee Joon Gi and Kim Ji Eun's first project together!
