IU is giving fans a special treat following her arrival from Cannes Film Festival 2022 for the drama film "Broker." After making heads turn at the prestigious ceremony, the singer-actress reportedly gave fans goodies as she arrived at the Incheon International Airport.
On May 30, the "Broker" cast, which includes Kang Dong Won, Lee Joo Young, and Best Actor Song Kang Ko, alongside Japanese director Koreeda Hirokazu, arrived following their achievement at the 75th Cannes Film Festival.
The media and fans warmly welcomed the team, who were patiently waiting for their arrival.
Song Kang Ho looked sleek while donning a printed Hermes long sleeves, while co-star Kang Dong Won opted for a band shirt donning an R13 oversized Nirvana top.
On the other hand, IU was spotted looking stylish and comfortable at the same time while wearing black overalls paired with black and white long sleeves. She then capped off the look with a black bucket hat, white sling bag, and shoes.
Interestingly, an outlet reported that the 29-year-old singer-actress brought gifts to her fans. As noted by SBS News, IU walked toward her fans as soon as the photo ops were done and handed out fans chocolates from Cannes.

However, this is not the first time that the "Hotel Del Luna" star has done this to her supporters. She even earned the nickname "kka-kka fairy," which means "snack fairy."

The "Broker" star is also known not just for her talent and beauty but also for her thoughtful gestures to fans.
In 2017, IU made it to the headlines after one fan recalled her experience with the celebrity, noting that she would give snacks to fans that came to greet her at the airport. As noted by an outlet, the singer-actress would say, "Share these with each other."
Posting it on social media, the user commented, "It started with star candy, but now it's snacks that you could give to someone during the holidays."
IU being the snack fairy, once again did it in 2020 when she surprised Indonesian UAENAs with her goodies.
It was during her first-ever concert in Jakarta, Indonesia, where she did the same thing to fans at the airport.
According to a report, she prepared snacks from Korea and handed them to her supporters as a way to thank them.

From having a successful movie that made a premiere at the Cannes Film festival 2022, IU scored another high-end deal and this time with Gucci.
The Italian luxury fashion house selected IU as their global ambassador joining Shin Min Ah and "Squid Game" star Lee Jung Jae.
The brand made the announcement on Instagram, sharing the actress' red carpet look at the ceremony. She was wearing a "Gucci gown with lace rebrodé petal details on the cuffs, as well as sequin flowers and crystal embellishments on the skirt."
