In "Why Her" Episode 12, the female lawyer tries to distance herself Gong Chan after learning that he (Hwang In Yeop) was her former client Kim Dong Gu.
However, Oh Soo Jae was in tears as she overheard the conversation between Gong Chan and Choi Yoon Sang (Bae In Hyuk), where Gong Chan defended him behind her back, even though he was informed that Soo Jae betrayed him in his case ten years ago.
