‘Adamas’ Episode 4: Ji Sung’s Plan Backfires
"Adamas" episode 4 gets more interesting as Ji Sung slowly uncovers the mystery behind his father's death. In addition, the latest episode featured a cameo of Ahn Bo Hyun as he plays Chairman Kwon's son, Minjo. Keep on reading for the full rundown.
'Adamas' Viewership Rating
As the plot thickens in "Adamas" episode 4, the tvN weekday series gains a slight dip in viewership rating.
From an average rating of 3.33 percent on its 3rd episode, the latest episode scored 3.1 percent.
'Adamas' Episode 4 Recap
The episode starts with the prosecutor, Song Soo Hyun, meeting the suspect Lee Chang Woo asking about details regarding his father's death.
He believes he is not the real culprit, but Lee Chang Woo insists he was the suspect. Because of extreme frustration, Song Soo Hyun asked him about the accomplice.

He then drew a cartographic sketch showing Team Leader Lee's face. Of course, Lee Chang Woo denied that he knew the man and stuck with his claims.
The following day, the reporter, Kim Seo Hee, visited Lee Chang Woo and toldtold him that she wass the witness and not her father and only stood in the trial to protect her.
During her conversation with the suspect, she insists that she saw the real face of the killer, and it is not him.
Lee Chang Woo warned Kim Seo Hee to stop whatever she was doing, but she was eager to continue funding the real killer.
Unfortunately, both Song Soo Hyun and Kim Seo Hee are unaware Mr. Lee's men are watching them.
After hearing the report regarding the activities of the prosecutor and the reporter, he was surprised that someone sent Soo Hyun a cartographic sketch showing his face. He believes that it was none other than the reporter who sent Soo Hyun his identity.
"Adamas" episode 4 hints that the team leader will go after Kim Seo Hee.
'Adamas' Episode 4 Introduces Chairman Kwon's Son
The latest episode also featured Kwon Minjo, the son of Chairman Kwon, whom he favored.
In one of the scenes, the chairman tells his other son and Hye Soo's husband, Kwon Hyun Jo, that he'll soon retire and he will be the one who will take over the conglomerate.
It was followed by a flashback of Minjo, who died in a helicopter accident. Chairman Kwon was fond of Woo Shin because of his similarity with his late son, illustratingillustrating a conversation with a chairman.
Before the accident, the chairman wanted Minjo to run the company, but he refused. He pointed out that he knew all about Haesong and used to be proud of it. However, he is ashamed to be associated with his father's company after knowing its illegal activities.
On the other hand, Han Woo Shin speculates that Minjo's death was not because of an accident but thinks that someone planned it after hearing what Mrs. Kwon, the estate's head butler, said.
Mrs. Kwon is cold toward Woo Shin because she thinks he will expose Minjo's death and tell it in his novel.
Little did she know that the writer had bigger plans than Minjo's death.
Ha Woo Shin Gets in Danger in his Own Plan
The latest episode also featured how Ha Woo Shin and the undercover chief of security, Choi Tae Sung rolled out their first plan to look for the Adamas.
During ha Woo Shin's conversation with Chairman Kwon's daughter-in-law, Eun Hye Soo. she mentioned that the running president, who is also an ally of Chairman Kwon, wanted to push the death penalty.
If it gets approved, Lee Chang Woo, who is the twin's biological father, will be sentenced to death.
In the latter part of "Adamas," episode 4, Woo Shin tells Choi Tae Sung about his plan to create a false alarm, but everyone needs to get out of the building before it releases carbon monoxide to control the fire.
After the duo successfully starts their plan, Woo Shin tries to save the chairman's deaf secretary Yoon Jin.
Mrs. Kwon took this as an opportunity to put Ha Woo Shin's life in danger since Yoo Jin was in the field, welcoming the chairman.
At the mansion, it was too late for Woo Shin to figure out it was a trap set by Mrs. Kwon.
Interestingly, the last scene featured Woo Shin struggling to breathe but declaring that he had found the Adamas.
