RAIN Would Rather Do THIS Than To Have Matchy Things With Kim Tae Hee
RAIN talks about his relationship with Kim Tae Hee and reveals the reason he is not a big fan of having matching items with his wife. On his YouTube channel "Season B Season," the singer-actor guested K-pop duo DAVICHI's member Kang Min Kyung for his new episode "RAIN's Kitchen."
RAIN Reveals His Honest Opinion on Owning Couple Shirts
In the video, it featured RAIN's cooking skills as Kang Min Kyung sat and tasted the host's meal.
As the duo talks about juggling creating video content and being a celebrity, the singer compared her achievements to RAIN and joked about having "nothing" as to what she has right now.
"But you are good at singing, dancing, and acting. You also have a beautiful wife. You have babies. And you have huge buildings. I'm nothing compared to you," she said to which the Hallyu star was amazed at how she is good with her words and was stunned to hear good praises.

As the video continues, RAIN notices something on Kang Min Kyung's finger. She revealed that it was a matching ring with her fellow DAVICHI member Lee Hae Ri.
"Do you not have any matching things with your wife? Something like a t-shirt that says 'My love' and another one that says 'My soul'," she asked the "Ghost Doctor" star.
Surprisingly, RAIN revealed that he is not a big fan of anything matchy items. Moreover, wearing couple shirts is one of the things he "hates" the most.
As fans would know, RAIN and Kim Tae Hee are very lowkey about their relationship and opts to have their private life to themselves. However, he mentioned that he would prefer to do one thing instead of wearing couple shirts.
"But I'll probably be okay if I wore my style of striped t-shirt and she wore her style of striped t-shirt or something," he explained.
RAIN and Kim Tae Hee have been married for five years after the power couple tied the knot in January 2017.
In the same year, they welcomed their first child and had their second daughter in 2019.

Although RAIN and Kim Tae Hee are a very lowkey and private couple, the singer-actor would sometimes share his relationship with the actress.
One of them is during the courting stage where the "Welcome 2 Life" star was rejected not once but five times by Kim Tae Hee.
During one of the episodes of Netflix's The Hungry And The Hairy, where Rain is one of the cast, he opened up on how he pursued Kim Tae Hee.
He mentioned that it took him five attempts before the actress agreed to go on a date
"During those times, she hurt me so much that I had to put a bandage on my heart," he said; however, as for his co-star Honey Lee who is also a good friend of the actress, she said that Kim Tae Hee' first impression of RAIN was a "playboy."
