Daniel Henney Reveals Favorite Part in ‘Confidential Assignment 2’
Amid the continued success of "Confidential Assignment 2" lead star Daniel Henney dishes on the remarkable scene and experience filming the action comedy movie.
While 2022 showcases a number of blockbuster films, probably one of the most anticipated is the sequel featuring the dynamic duo Hyun Bin and Yoo Hae Jin.
Apart from the two main casts, Daniel Heney joins as the dashing FBI agent named Jack.
Daniel Henney on 'Confidential Assignment 2' Predicted to Surpass 7 Million Viewers
In an interview cited by an outlet, the 42-year-old actor-model spoke about the success of the movie which is about to surpass 7 million moviegoers.
Daniel Henney expressed his deep gratitude to all those who showed their support by watching "Confidential Assignment 2" in theaters.
Noting about the "receiving a lot of love from the audience" the actor wondered if "there is any way to repay that love from the viewers.
Interestingly, the cast members and the team are eagerly meeting more fans through stage greetings and as for the actor, he is "looking forward to seeing the fans in the US."
Daniel Henney Reveals Most Favorite Part in 'Confidential Assignment 2'
When asked about his favorite part in "Confidential Assignment 2" Daniel Henney picked the scene with Girls' Generation's YoonA.
"Personally, the scene where I first met Min Young is the most memorable," he said, referring to the singer-actress' character, Park Min Young.
In the sequel, Jack and detective Im Chul Ryung are in a love triangle with Min Young, who is Kang Jin Tae's sister-in-law.

Apart from it, Daniel Henney also mentioned that another remarkable scene for him is meeting Kang Jin Tae's family.
"The chemistry between all the actors was so good that it felt like a family, so I think we laughed a lot during the filming," he said, noting that he had a good time during the movie's production.
Is 'Confidential Assignment 2' Worth the Hype?
Helmed by Lee Seok Hoon who is also the director of "The Pirates" and "The Himalayas," "Confidential Assignment 2" continues the journey of two ace detectives who are set to undergo a secret mission.
Hyun Bin reprised his role as North Korean detective Im Chul Ryung while Yoo Hae Jin plays South Korean detective Kang Jin Tae.
As mentioned, YoonA returns as Park Min Young while the sequel also featured two new faces, Daniel Henney as Jack and new villain Jin Seon Kyu, who took the role of syndicate boss Jang Myeong Jun.
Four weeks after its theatrical release, "Confidential Assignment 2" hit its 6 million mark, making it the third Korean movie to surpass 6 million viewers at the box office.
With this, it is predicted that the sequel will reach 7 million viewers in no time.
