‘The Law Cafe’ Episode 14: Lee Seung Gi Proposes To Lee Se Young
The brand new episode of "The Law Cafe" gives emphasis to a serious crime committed in the workplace, giving viewers a thing to find resonance from.
In addition to that, a surprise is prepared by Lee Seung Gi that makes everyone flutter. Here's what happened in "The Law Cafe" episode 14.
'The Law Cafe' Episode 14: The Culprit's Counterattack
With the thought of winning the case, the law cafe squad feels at ease. Unfortunately, they didn't expect that the assemblyman Choi Yeo Hwan (Lee Jae Young) would counterattack.
He refutes the accusation made by Choi Song Hwa (Lee Min Young), his secretary and Kim Yu Ri's (Lee Se Young) client.
Kim Yu Ri is now more adamant to take him down, including the other politicians who worked with Lee Pyun Woong (Jo Han Chul) in embezzling money and engaging in prostitution.
She then convinces her senior and ex-boyfriend Baek Gun Man to take on the case, who aspires to enter politics.
The Law Cafe Squad Finds More Evidence
Because the court doesn't acknowledge Choi Song Hwa's statements as evidence, the law cafe squad works hard to find more evidence.
They meet up with Choi Yeo Hwan's former secretary who was also suffering from harassment. He cries his heart out, thankful that he's not alone in the battle.
He agrees to join hands with Choi Song Hwa in taking down their predator. Meanwhile, Seo Eun Gang (Ahn Dong Goo) expresses his good intentions to Choi Song Hwa who's nothing but grateful for his existence.
Elsewhere, Lee Pyun Woong doesn't know how to escape the flames. He even threatens his lawyer, Mr. Hwang (Kim Won Hae), and Kim Yu Ri's former boss.

Due to this, Mr. Hwang eagerly calls Kim Yu Ri for help, determined to take him down for his wrongdoings.
Choi Yeo Hwan also asks President Lee (Jeon Guk Hwan) for help. The latter agrees to clear his name as long as the assemblyman also ends Lee Pyun Woong's career.
At the end of the episode, Choi Yeo Hwan admits to all his crimes, and becomes a whistleblower himself of his former acquantances' misdemeanors.
Kim Jeong Ho Asks For Kim Yu Ri's Hand in Marriage
In episode 14, Kim Jeong Ho is sure that he wants to spend his lifetime with Kim Yu Ri. However, he doesn't know what the latter feels.
Despite that, he prepares himself and buys a ring for his beloved, planning to propose. Although worried, he planned the best proposal he could ever think of, only to be ruined when Kim Yu Ri jokes that she's not planning to marry soon.
However, Kim Yu Ri also makes her true feelings for Kim Jeong Ho known, giving confidence and esteem to the latter who pulls the ring from his pocket and proposes to the beautiful lawyer.
