While Hallyu introduces more up-and-coming stars, these heartthrobs are about to embark on a new chapter of their lives as they turn 30.
From Song Kang to Nam Joo Hyuk, these K-drama actors were all born in 1994 and set to welcome the big 3-0 in 2023.
Nam Joo Hyuk
Aging like a fine wine, Nam Joo Hyuk, who was born on February 23, 1994, had a whirlwind 2022.
After landing another hit K-drama "Twenty-Five Twenty-One" with Kim Tae Ri, he was hit with a massive controversy that almost tainted his career.
It comes after the actor was accused of harassment and school violence during his high school days. However, after his agency clarified things with the public, Nam Joo Hyuk managed to survive the controversy and return with a bang.
In the coming year, the actor is set to welcome a new milestone in his life with a new K-drama "Vigilante" alongside "Money Heist Korea" star Yoo Ji Tae as well as Kim So Jin and Lee Joon Hyuk.
After wrapping up the drama, he is slated to enlist and is rumored to join the military in December 2022.
Song Kang
Another K-drama heartthrob who will be 30 in 2023 is Song Kang.
Best known for his role in "Love Alarm," "and Sweet Home" earning him the moniker "Son of Netflix" the actor proved that he is more than just a pretty face after starring in hit K-dramas like "Navillera" and "Nevertheless" and will return in "Sweet Home" season 2.

Like Nam Joo Hyuk, he is also rumored to join the mandatory military service; however, as of this writing, his agency has not yet addressed Song Kang's enlistment.
Kim Min Kyu
One of the rookie stars who is starting to make a name for himself in acting, Kim Min Kyu joined the list of Korean actors who are turning 30 in 2023.
Debuted as a contestant on the boy group survival reality show Produce X 101, the 29-year-old actor headlined the youth drama "Idol: The Coup" and will play as one of the supporting cast in the upcoming Netflix series "The Fabulous" starring Choi Soo Bin, Lee Sang Woon and SHINee's Minho.
Gong Myung
Former 5urprise member Gong Myung is set to enter a big milestone in his life as he turns 30 in 2023.
Born on May 26, 1994, he is the older brother of NCT's Doyoung.
Gong Myung is best known for his roles in the 2017 K-drama "The Bride of Habaek," "Revolutionary Love," "Be Melodramatic" and his last series "Lovers of the Red Sky" where he plays the second lead actor with Kim Yoo Jung and Ahn Hyo Seop.
EXO's Sehun
Last but definitely not least of the K-drama actors who are turning 30 in 2023 is EXO's Sehun.
The multi-talented actor was born on April 12, 1994, making him an under the sign of Aries.
Besides turning 30, the EXO member will have a K-drama comeback in the upcoming year, which includes a team-up with Jang Yeo Bin for "All That We Loved."
