Lee Sung Kyung Talks About 'Dr. Romantic' Season 3
Drama officials recently confirmed the return of "Dr. Romantic" for its third installment.
According to a media outlet, a representative from SBS shared that the scriptwriters Kang Eun Kyung and Lim Hye Min along with director Yoo In Suk will be working behind the camera.
On the other hand, the "Dr. Romantic 3" cast includes Han Suk Kyu, who will reprise his role as the skilled surgeon also known by his nickname Teacher Kim.
Joining him as lead stars are Ahn Hyo Seop and Lee Sung Kyung from Season 2.

Interestingly, during her appearance with Elle Korea, the 32-year-old actress hints about what to expect in the highly anticipated medical K-drama.
Lee Sung Kyung revealed to the publication that is one of her and her co-stars' "dreams" for the drama to return with a new season.
"I know that it is very difficult to achieve a season system in reality, but the sincere wishes of all my colleagues for a season 3 gathered together and finally came true," she said, adding "It is because affectionate hearts for the work are intertwined."
Moreover, the actress promised that she "will work hard to prepare" to show the viewers a "good image as much as you have been waiting."
Following the confirmation of the drama series along with its main characters, "Dr. Romantic 3" will start filming in 2023.
Lee Sung Kyung's Growth as Actress
The 5'9 stunner started her career as a runway model, gracing several fashion shows, and eventually began her acting career in 2014 as a supporting character in "It's Okay, That's Love" starring Gong Hyo Jin and Jo In Sung.
With her eight-year career as an actress, Lee Sung Kyung says that she has come a long way; however, despite playing different kinds of roles, she wished that "there were more characters" for her.
She described her acting journey as "fate" but it ended up becoming her life.
"Actually, learning is not something I am good at, but something I want to do well. It's living someone's life," she said, referring to her work as an actress.
