Song Joong Ki drew attention after the top star shared an update on the set of his upcoming movie "Hwaran."

The South Korean heartthrob is booked and busy with his back-to-back, projects starting with his k-drama comeback to his upcoming movies.

After the actor confirmed his appearance where he is set to play the lead role in the forthcoming noir film, Song Joong Ki posted a glimpse of the set including the team's rules.

Song Joong Ki's Instagram Shows Unusual Rules on Set of 'Hwaran'

The top star posted a photo on October 27 showing a unique warning message on the location where he is currently filming "Hwaran."

In a black and white photo, one of the house rules states, "Please take off your shoes before entering."

However, an interesting sign caught the attention not just Song Joong Ki but also his followers after a phrase that says "No dating on set" was posted, which contains a big exclamation mark and an angry emoticon.

​​After wrapping up the production for his K-drama comeback "Reborn Rich" also known as "The Youngest Son of Chaebol," the South Korean heartthrob is onto his next project which is "Hwaran."

Is it True? Song Joong Ki Accepted 'Hwaran' Without Pay?

In October, various news outlets cited that the top star will be having a new movie; however, it was reported that Song Joong Ki will receive no pay after headlining the noir film.

At the time, his agency HISTORY D&C shared that he is positively reviewing the offer adding that the top star would headline "Hwaran" with "no guarantee." It means that Song Joong Ki will not receive payment for his appearance in the upcoming film.

In a report, the actor has decided to participate in "Hwaran" despite no pay because of its "artistic quality."

He explained that the upcoming noir film "feels new" and will be a new challenge for him adding "I'm looking forward to the competitive and passionate set that we will create together with the director and actors."

On the other hand, the movie, being produced by HISTORY D&C, which is also the actor's agency, said that the production participation is separate from Song Joong Ki's decision.

Besides "Hwaran" the South Korean heartthrob will have a new movie "Bogotá: City of the Lost" which was filmed amid the pandemic.

It stars Lee Hee Joon, Ryu Seung Beom, Jo Hyun Chul, and Colombian actress Juana del Rio, directed and written by Kim Sung Je of "Blood Rain."

Song Joong Ki In Talks to Play North Korean Character in 'Ro Ki Wan'

From "Hwaran," and "Bogotá: City of the Lost," Song Joong Ki is also selected to headline a novel-based film "Ro Ki Waneul Mannatda" also known as "Ro Ki Wan."

The upcoming film focuses on a North Korean man living in the province of North Hamhyong who is smuggled to Belgium; however, his whereabouts are being tracked down by a broadcast writer.

If Song Joong Ki accepted the offer, this would be his third movie that is scheduled for release.
