Kim Hye Soo - 'Under the Queen's Umbrella'
After her successful works "Signal," "Juvenile Justice," and more, Kim Hye Soo returned as a royal queen with three beautiful sons in tvN's "Under the Queen's Umbrella."
Despite its entertaining storyline, Kim Hye Soo's comeback work was caught up in controversies since its premiere. It was nicknamed as the "Joseon version of SKY Castle," due to the recurring themes of family pressure and power.

In addition to that, the drama was slammed for historical distortion as historians noticed that some scenes in "Under the Queen's Umbrella" were similar to concubines' struggles in China, resulting in fans' disappointment with the likable and award-winning star Kim Hye Soo.
Kim Sun Ah - 'The Empire'
"My Lovely Sam Soon" actress Kim Sun Ah reclaims the spotlight as she returns with JTBC's "The Empire."
Despite being a very popular actress, she was not safe from criticisms. Because of its blatant representation of affairs and unfaithfulness, "The Empire" is now labeled as "Empire of Infidelity."
Even with such bold content, the ratings of the drama were very low, failing to capture the interest of the viewers.
Ha Ji Won - 'Curtain Call'
Ha Ji Won teams up with Kang Ha Neul in her comeback drama "Curtain Call" which tells the story of the biggest fraud in history: a man acts as grandson to an old woman with numbered days to fulfill her last wishes.
Although the series had a great plot and talented cast, "Curtain Call" scored significantly low scores during its second episode due to the broadcast delay brought by the hour-long broadcast of KBO League Korean Series.
The production unit of the series believes that the drama will pick up its pace and become one of the best melodramas this 2022.
