While the previous generation of K-Drama viewers loved the bad boys with cold appearance, the new avid watches are now looking for perfect men with the greenest flags in the South Korean media!

Here are some of the actors who set high standards when it comes to men and relationships after playing the roles of the most caring and affectionate lovers in the history of K-Drama!

1. Kim Seon Ho

Kim Seon Ho took the entertainment industry by storm when he played the role of Hong Du Sik, the all-rounder handyman in "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha" with Shin Min Ah, who played the role of Yoon Hye Jin.

Though he has a painful past he tries to forget, he's still a sunshine that shares warmth to other people. He's very supportive, understanding and patient with Yoon Hye Jin, the privileged dentist from the big city.

He humbles her and brings the best out of her and together, they make the best couple. Who doesn't want that for themselves, right?

2. Hyun Bin

Captain Ri Jeong Hyeok created global buzz when "Crash Landing On You" aired. He's a righteous and gentle North Korean officer who falls for the pretty and elegant South Korean woman, Yoon Se Ri, who falls from the sky and into his arms (literally!).

As they got to know one another, they showed nothing but affection, doing everything they've never done before for their loved one.

Undoubtedly, "Crash Landing On You" is a drama that transcends culture and traditions. Because Hyun Bin has set the standards to a new high, Son Ye Jin had no choice but to marry him in real life! #RelationshipGoals indeed!

3. Song Joong Ki

Song Joong Ki made millions of fans swoon with his charms in "Descendants of the Sun," a drama that holds an out-of-this-world romance between a doctor and a soldier!

In between psychological warfare, Song Joong Ki's character still looked out for his woman and had always put her first before anything else.

4. Ahn Hyo Seop

Rich, handsome, affection-Ahn Hyo Seop just ticks all the boxes for the best boyfriend ever with his character in "A Business Proposal"!

Although he's a business magnate, he still knew how to make a woman swoon with his adorable tactics in making Kim Sejeong fall in love with him!

Being there for you when you feel down is one thing but renting out your favorite burger truck for you to snack on by the beach is something else!

Despite their struggles in their "getting-to-know-each-other" phase, they still made their way to one another's hearts!

5. Kang Tae Oh

Last but not the least, Kang Tae Oh in "Extraordinary Attorney Woo"! Mayhaps the one with the greenest flag, his character Lee Jun Ho, is the most endearing and lovable person in the entire world.

He became the confidant and safe space of Woo Young Woo, played by Park Eun Bin, a lawyer with Asperger's syndrome.
