The Jin family was taken aback by the new rules imposed by the Chairman himself.

It comes after Jin Yang Chul noticed that his health is getting worse and one of the factors that he is worried about is the empire he built from scratch.

In addition, he also found out that his eldest grandson, Jin Sung Joon is involved in an anomaly. With this, instead of giving him a gift for his wedding day, he gave him a tough job at Soonyang as his punishment.

Furious about his grandfather's decision, Jin Sung Joon took it out on Jin Do Joon but the commotion stopped after his wife, Mo Hyun Min fainted.

At the hospital, she pretended to be sick so he could stop the tension between the two; however, she received a warning from his husband raising a gap between their marriage.

On the other hand, during the family meeting, Chairman Jin announced that he is breaking the primogeniture or right of succession.

For the new rule, Jin Yang Chul did not care about the succession anymore but what matters most is the one who would do better in Soonyang Group will get the whole company including his share.

It means that Jin Do Joon now has the upper hand to take over the conglomerate.

In the last scene, "Reborn Rich" episode 8 featured how Jin Do Joon showed his fears side especially when his parents were involved.

Jin Hwa Young tried to intimidate Jin Do Joon by humiliating his mom in front of him; however, Jin Do Joon played it cool but little did his aunt know that he is about to get even.

It turned out, Jin Hwa Young borrowed money from Miracle Investment through Do Joon's partner Oh Se Hyun and the collateral was the Soonyang Department store.

Unfortunately, Hwa Young's decision to invest in the stock market flopped leaving her with huge debt.
