‘The First Responders’ Episode 8: Kim Rae Won Captures High Profile Drug Lord

'The First Responders' Episode 8: Jin Ho Gae Runs After Ma Tae Hwa

In "The First Responders" episode 8, Jin Ho Gae (Kim Rae Won) is admitted in the intensive care unit after his brawl with Ma Tae Hwa (Lee Do Yeop).

When he wakes up, he doesn't waste any minute and proceeds to investigate once again. Jin Ho Gae also gathers solid proof against the culprit.

Jin Ho Gae retrieves the police warrant just in time for Ma Tae Hwa's release. He then brings the perpetrator to another room to further investigate.

The Identity of the Real Culprit

At the end of the interrogation, it is revealed that Choi Seok Doo (Jung Wook Jin) is the real drug criminal. During the time of the murder, Ma Tae Hwa's location was unknown.

Jin Ho Gae tries his best to make the other confess, however, he does not budge at all. Thankfully, the police finds solid proof of the murder through a CCTV footage.

Jin Ho Gae's Romantic Pursuit

On the other hand, Jin Ho Gae's romance with Song Seol (Gong Seung Yeon) continues to bloom. From being co-workers to friends, their relationship improves as the story progresses.

Song Seol has shown her concern for the other one too many times in the drama, which slightly creates tension among them and Bong Do Jin (Son Ho Jun).

"The First Responders" is expected to show a love triangle in the coming episodes. Once again, Kim Rae Won steals the show with his exemplary performance.
