'May I Help You' Episode 16: Baek Dong Joo Welcomes Final Guest

In "May I Help You" episode 16, Baek Dong Joo (Girl's Day Hyeri) experiences a tragedy like no other; her beloved father passes away.

However, Baek Dal Shik (Park Soo Young) didn't die in vain. His sudden demise happened after he saves a pregnant woman who then gives birth to adorable triplets.

Unfortunately, Baek Dong Joo's final guest turns out to be her own father. His father, who enters the immigration room, meets her one last time and comforts her.

Later on, Baek Dong Joo honors Baek Dal Shik at his funeral by sharing the fermented kimchi that she made with her late father.

Butler Kim Pursues Life-Long Dream

Butler Kim (Lee Jun Young), who empathizes with a family's sudden death, offers his comfort to Baek Dong Joo. They also come to a realization that deaths can sometimes be beautiful, especially when they do the righteous thing before passing.

The two of them find courage to go on with their lives. Butler Kim, with Baek Dong Joo by his side, pursues the medical path once again.

Baek Dong Joo's mother died after giving birth to her, and saving Butler Kim. The deceased people who became Baek Dong Joo's guests were all the people who helped her be born into the world.

"May I Help You" delivered a heartwarming story that not only guaranteed an enjoyable watching experience, but also a work with morals for viewers of all ages.

In addition to that, the performances of the actors opened the viewers' eyes that death is an inevitable, painful occurrence but it's not so bad most of the time.
