'Island 2' Confirmed To Premiere in February
K-drama viewers ended 2022 with a bang as Kim Nam Gil, Cha Eun Woo, Lee Da Hee, and Sung Joon finally met them through the much-anticipated fantasy series "Island." With just four episodes released, the drama immediately gained a number of viewers in Korea and abroad.
It also made history as the only Korean content to enter the top 10 most-watched series on Amazon Prime.
Unfortunately, the TVING series is about to bid farewell on primetime as its last two episodes will air on January 13.
However, viewers should not worry much as the action-fantasy drama is confirmed to make a comeback with part 2 this coming February 24!
It is the continuation of the amazing journey of Van, Won Mi Ho, and Father Yo Han.

'Island' Finale Episodes Spoilers!
Ahead of its release, TVING unveiled new drama stills for the finale episodes of its action-horror series.
Van (Kim Nam Gil) will be in a heated confrontation with Gong Tan (Sung Joon). In the upcoming episodes, viewers will hear an unexpected story about Won Mi Ho's previous life.
To recall in the previous episodes, Van and Yo Han's dangerous cohabitation to protect Mi Ho sparked a quarrel between the two.
The young priest constantly provoked the demon slayer, which turned Van into a monster and attacked Won Mi Ho (Lee Da Hee), recreating the past tragedy.
In the first still, Mi Ho goes out and tries to distance herself from Van. The demon slayer, on the other hand, shows off an affectionate look at Won Mi Ho, this stimulates curiosity about what kind of conversation the two have had.
Meanwhile, Yo Han (Cha Eun Woo) goes out to find his brother Chan Hee (Choi Tae Joon). His eyes, wandering between ships anchored at the port with a note, and full of affection and longing for his brother, are also drawing attention.
Gong Tan, on the other hand, faces a tense confrontation with Van and is ready to make a fight.
